Class and Gym guidelines

Booking:

When you book a class you are confirming you have had no symptoms of Covid-19
Book your class online via our Members App or Website
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time
No entry without prior booking

You’ll need to arrive in your kit:

Changing rooms and showers will be closed until further notice to reduce the amount of time people spend in the facility

Prepare to have your temperature checked:

We may require clients to have their temperature taken at the door. We will also be asked to declare that they are feeling well before being allowed to enter the facility

Gym equipment will be spread out:

Once we reopen the number of machines that are available will be reduced. We will be implementing 2 metre distancing between mats in classes and planning the flow of the gym to ensure social distancing can be kept all times. Booking only entry will be monitored and limited to ensure safe distances are maintained

What can you do to stay safe at the gym?

When coming back to the gym, members should continue with their hygiene practices, such as increase hand washing as per Government guidelines.
Aside from respecting the safety guidelines put in place by our government, we are asking everyone to show extra kindness and patience towards the gym, staff and your fellow members. We are a community and we are all working through this together

Personal Guidelines

Stay home if you’re unwell:

Do not come to the gym if you feel sick or have coronavirus symptoms including a temperature, new or persistent cough, and loss of taste or sense of smell

Bring your own equipment:

Bring a full water bottle and a towel for classes

Use hand sanitising stations:

Hand sanitising stations will be at reception and throughout the gym. Make sure you follow proper hand washing guidelines

Follow the social distancing signs:

Keep to one-way systems and try to stay at least two metres from others as much as possible

Clean your equipment and mats:

Please tidy away and wipe down any equipment used. We encouraged you to do this before and after use with sanitising stations around the gym

Keep to a one-hour workout max:

This is so that other members can use the gym if it is at maximum capacity as restrictions ease.
